Computer was invented in the year 1946, and the name of 1st computer was the ENIAC (Electronic Numerical Integrator and Computer). The computer was design and built by a team of engineers led by John W. Mauchly and his former student J. Presper Eckert. The UNIVAC (Universal Automatic Computer) was the 1st commercial computer installed at the U.S. Census Bureau in 1951. This is the first-generation of computer.
